Return & Refund

We offer a full refund within 30 days of the item being delivered as long as the item is in its original unopened packaging. In accordance with your consumer rights for goods purchased online, any unwanted item may be returned so long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. The goods must be returned in as new condition and in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to cover the return shipping costs and to provide us with the tracking details. As long as the item is as described in our Returns Policy, the return will be processed no later than 3 working days after we have received the item.
