This is a new old stock CV boot kit - AMK part number TSB 433.

AMK ceased trading in early 2016 so these rubber kits are no longer available

Size is 30 x 73 x 92 mm

The kit includes the boot, grease and clips. I also have the same kit listed in my shop that includes the bearing if that also needs replacing (part number TSB207).
