Goods are
dispatched either same day or next working day after payment has been received.
Goods are dispatched via Fastway Couriers, where possible. Remote areas
are sent via Australia Post.
Delivery time from the date of dispatch:
· Eastern capital
cities (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra) please allow 1- 2 working
days.
· Remote rural
areas along the east coast please allow 2 - 4 working days.
· South Australia,
Tasmania, Northern Territory or Perth please allow 5-7 working days.
· Remote Western
Australia can be up to 7-10 working days.
We will
inform you when your order is dispatched, with a tracking number (added to
eBay invoice) and an estimated time for delivery.
If goods are
not received approximately one week after the estimated delivery date please
contact us so we can follow up for you. All goods have a tracking number
supplied (shown on the eBay invoice) which can be used by the customer to trace
their parcel online (either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post).
Should you not be happy with the product for any
reason, you can return the goods within 14 days for a full
refund of the cost of the goods. Returned goods must in a re-sellable condition
(please note the refund does not include the cost of postage and handling of
goods sent to you).
Goods which have been sent in error or are
faulty can be exchanged free of charge (we will refund you the cost of REGULAR
postage of the goods back to us).
Goods can be returned to nBat Industries Pty
Ltd, 15 Brunker Rd, Greenacre, NSW, 2190. Please include a copy of the invoice
with a note concerning the reason for return (e.g. wrong item, faulty, refund)
as this invoice will help us to locate your order and make the exchange/refund
quickly.
Please note for us to provide a refund or
exchange, your goods must be re-sellable condition when we received your
returned parcel.
