The General Pro is an extremely high quality general purpose saw blade developed by our sister company Bartell; a highly renowned and dependable diamond tools manufacturer. The E14BSM43 is the 14" Professional version of the blade with 12mm diamond impregnated metal bond segments. A high quality diamond grit within the double lasered metal bond segments promotes a longer life and faster cut ensuring the highly efficient and productive cutting demanded by the serious contractor. The E14BSM43 is designed with optimum cooling hole placement and especially shaped offset fluted keyhole gullets to maximise airflow, slurry removal and dissipate heat. A very forgiving bond also allows this blade a wider span of application when compared to competitors allowing it to cut a broader range of softer materials like asphalt as well as much harder materials. This results in a blade design that can out perform and last longer than many of our competitors and is widely used within rental and flooring contractor industries.
The General Pro is designed and optimised for the efficient cutting of masonry and medium hard grades of concrete. It is commonly used by professional contractors for industrial floor saws but is equally at home in any application requiring a 14" diamond cutting saw blade. WARRANTY & RETURNS
All warranties are for 3 months only unless otherwise stated in the Ebay listing.
In the UK / Europe, buyer may return item(s) to us for full refund (excluding our initial postage / handling) within 14 days of receipt of the item for no reason. In this case, Buyer is responsible for all return postage and packing costs, and the item should be returned undamaged and unused.
Faulty / defective items should be reported to us within 7 days of their receipt. In such case we will inspect the faulty items on return to us and either send out a replacement or issue you a refund as requested by buyer. In the case of faults, we will also repay the buyers postage costs if buyer will provide a proof of payment certificate or suitable alternative.
Any returns to us should be by a suitably tracked method of delivery, and we advise buyer to make sure any such delivery costs include suitable insurance in case of shipping damage on return or loss of item(s). We can not issue refunds for goods not received by us, or received in faulty / damaged condition (unless we have been informed and the goods are being returned as faaulty / damaged).
