This is an antique hand painted portrait miniature of a young woman in a red jacket with a long necklace on.

I would say she is from the 1920,s era and the frame is period too. Painted in watercolour on the period material.

No artists signatures etc. Comes in a gilt metal frame with a hinged back.

In collectable condition with normal signs of age and use wear.

I have NOT been into the back of it.

No damage from what I can see but the majority of the tiny nails keeping the velvet back on are missing.
