OLIMP NUTRITION BCAA XPLODE ENERGY is an amino-acid product created with endurance athletes in mind. BCAA amino acids are the basic ingredient of muscles, that makes up for almost 40% of their dry weight! OLIMP NUTRITION BCAA XPLODE is intended to meet the expenditure of intense muscular effort, especially for sports people.

The caffeine and beta-alanine contained in the product make it a perfect supplement to take before or during physical activity. Maintaining proper endurance parameters delays the moment of the athlete’s physical and psychical fatigue.

It is also a perfect and complex product containing the necessary BCAA - L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. It is important that each amino acid takes part in the process to maximize the effect of BCAA action. OLIMP BCAA XPLODE contains 6g of pharmaceutically pure, super-micronized BCAA amino acids composed at an optimum rate for the muscles 2:1:1. L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine combined with L-glutamine to meet the expenditure of intense muscular effort.

RECOMMENDED USE

Take 1-2 portions a day – before a meal or training and after training or before sleep. Add 1 portion (6,6g) to 250ml of water. Consume directly after preparation.

Warning: the product contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (caffeine content: 150mg / 1 portion; 300mg / 2 portions). In addition, the product is not to be used during nursing, pregnancy planning, in case of circulatory system diseases or in case of hypersensitivity to any formula ingredient. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400mg of caffeine from all sources and 200 mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not consume at the same time other caffeine products (such as other food supplements, coffee). Do not use in conjunction with alcohol. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. The sediment may occur, which does not affect the quality and effect of the product. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Use this product in conjunction with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute for such.
