• Visual Inspection:
• Clasps good
• O-Rings pliable no visible damage
• Levers and knobs move and appear to move arms and gear/cogs as expected
• Seams looks solid
• No visible cracks or major scratches/gouges
  
• Lens Port is flat and not pristine, but certainly usable as-is
  
• I suggest a high-resolution monitor to best gauge cosmetic condition
• Before you go underwater with your camera do a test-run empty just to be sure (a test in the sink or pool isn't the same pressure as at depth)
