SHIPPING RETURNS PAYMENT

We’re proud to ship all of our delicious wines from our HQ in Sydney, Australia. Depending on your location, 99% of our deliveries will reach your doorstep within 2 to 8 working days after they’ve left our warehouse. If you live in a more remote area, please understand this may take a little longer. Want to keep an eye on your package’s progress? Use the delivery tracking number to check out how your wines are getting along.

Our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we cannot offer a pick-up service for your wine cases (no matter how eager you might be to get your hands on your bottles!).

We want to be able to get your bottles to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. After all, who wants to wait too long for wine? As such, we ask you to pay close attention to shipping exclusions, and to please enter the postcode of your delivery address in the ‘Postage and Payments’ section of the listing. This will display applicable postage and handling fees, and let you know if there are any extra charges. Don’t worry - the vast majority of our listings come with free shipping!

We are determined to provide the best freight costs and highest quality service to our wine fans across the country. As such, we work with different courier partners to ensure the best options for you. The type of courier chosen depends on the size and weight of the items you’ve ordered, and the location they’re being delivered to. 

Please bear in mind that some items will be dispatched in more than one carton. 

As of now, we’re currently only sending out our wines to addresses within Australia. The rest of the world will have to wait!

We aim to always dispatch our products within one working day after your full payment has been made. If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel your purchase after your product has already left our warehouse, please remember we might not be able to refund any postage fees. If you need to reorganise delivery, or redirect your wines elsewhere, we may have to apply an additional postage fee to ensure you get your products.

Want to return your items after receiving them? If so, applicable freight fees will have to be deducted from your refund, and a 10% re-stocking fee will also apply. 

Buyers must agree with the postage and handling terms above before proceeding with their purchase.

While we aim to please with every single item that leaves our warehouse, we understand that returns are sometimes necessary. As such, we’ve made our returns process as simple and straightforward as possible. Please contact our friendly team immediately if:

You’ve had a change of heart and want to request a return of your items
Your product was dinged, broken, or in any way damaged during transit
You’re in any way dissatisfied with anything you’ve purchased from us

We’ll send over returns instructions as quickly as we can to the email address you registered with, and in order for things to proceed smoothly, we must ask that you comply with all the instructions you receive. All returns will have to go through our customer service team, and we must ask that you don’t try to return or post items back to us before you’ve received and read the steps we’ll send to you. If you do, there’s going to be a risk that your returned item won’t be easily identified, and we may not be able to accept or process your return. 

If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return it to us, we will have to apply certain freight fees and a 10% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This will also apply to any orders which are cancelled once they’ve left our HQ and are already on their way to your door. 

To keep things as simple as possible for you, we’re happy to accept payment via bank transfer, and with all major credit cards through PayPal at the moment.
