DISPATCH AND DELIVERY (UK ONLY

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ: 

We aim to dispatch all orders same working day if ordered before 2pm. If ordered after 2pm we still try to make the best efforts in dispatching your order the same day - 95% of our orders that have been placed before 5.30pm have been dispatched same working day!

We at Al-mumin desperately want you to get your items just as quick as you would like it to. we do everything we can to get our customer’s order delivered as quickly as possible.

Our standard 2nd class and recorded delivery are only tracked when dispatched and on delivery and are NOT Guaranteed Delivery Services. The only delivery service Royal Mail will guarantee is TRACK & TRACE and EXPRESS DELIVERY (offered on every listing). All eBay delivery dates and our own delivery dates are ESTIMATES, they are NOT GUARANTEED delivery dates. 

During busier periods, such as Christmas and Bank holidays some parcels may take longer than expected to arrive and we advise all buyers to be aware of this, and to allow extra time for your items to arrive. Although every effort is made on our part to get items out quickly, we do not deliver them ourselves and are therefore are relying on Royal Mail to get them delivered on time.  98% of post arrives without issue, which does mean that 2% may get lost or delayed, which we unfortunately cannot do anything about. 

Please do not assume an item not received is an item not sent

Please check your order history and if it has been marked as dispatched then please be rest assured, it has been dispatched, and any delay thereafter is down to Royal Mail. We will do our best to resolve any issues arising from Royal Mail not delivering on time or for lost items. Any Lost items will be replaced for you once Royal mails confirms it as lost. Please also appreciate the advice on the wait time provided by Royal mail.

Please remember a lost or delayed parcel is just as frustrating for us as it is for you.

We aim to dispatch all orders paid for by 2pm on the same day, otherwise orders will be dispatched on the following working day, But, even then, we still try our best to dispatch items after 2pm until post office closes. If your order is urgent please email us and we will do our best to dispatch your items sooner. Also please select a different delivery method when placing order

All ebay delivery dates are ESTIMATES - They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

To avoid disappointment and to ensure buyers receive their items in good time, we advise all buyers allow the following number of days for delivery:

2nd class post - please allow up to 10 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for 1st class signed for post.

1st class signed for post - please allow up to 3 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for Next Day Delivery.

Next Day Delivery - orders paid for by 2pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday excl bank holidays), orders paid for after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

All our items are packed securely using the highest quality of packaging materials.

Please keep in mind, due to the current situation with cv19 some orders maybe be delayed by the courier. If that is the case please contact us and we'll chase it up as soon as we can. Also please be patient and give us a chance to rectify any issues you may have.
