To make payment, simply use the Checkout option through eBay.
All items include GST, and tax invoices are available upon request.

Registered shipping on most large packages. Most products are dispatched within 1 business day. Not later than 2 business Day. Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control. Even 5-10 business days for delivery alwasys happen. We are base on Melbourne, same city delivery cost less time.

A tracking number will be e-mailed once the item is dispatched, shipping record can be tracked online.

If no one is home, a card will be left and the item will need to be picked up from the local depot. Or some couriers would ATL at your door.

Pickup is available. Please contact us (Mon - Fri 9:00am-4:00pm, Saturday 10am to 2 pm) to book collection. (Pickup needs purchase on eBay first, then come to pay cash in our warehouse or you can pay by paypal directly)

We provide return & refund service within 30 days after the buyer receives the product. (product kept in original condition, a restocking fee may apply)

We guarantee the product to be new and free of manufacturer defects for 3 month for the original purchaser only.

If you have a problem with the product. Please contact us through eBay and include the original purchase information (i.e. your name , address, email, purchase receipt number and time)

We should require a picture of the damaged part for verification.

Repair or replace, at our discretion, any unit determined to be faulty within the warranty period.

The unit warranty does not cover accidents, develop a fault due to misuse or improper installation.

The buyer will be liable for the shipping costs associated with warranty claim.

All purchases are a legally binding contract of sale.

Shipping Costs are unfortunately non-refundable.
