Picture shows condition of this set.  They are used, and they are reflective of the camera's flash.   Typical used condition.  These came off old cars I had and I think they both were on a marquis I had for many years.

I am phasing out international 1st class mail.  10% of packages seem to get lost and I am tired of taking up the cost.   If you want first class international post and are willing to assume all liability, then I will quote it for your, but there will be no adjudication if a package is lost.  If a package is lost, you will only have my sympathy, no refund or coverage.   Otherwise, business as usual with international priority mail.
