Instructions for use:

The black Shungite Cylinder should be held in the left hand while the gray soapstone cylinder should be held in the right. Sit relaxed with uncrossed legs, holding both cylinders over each knee and keeping them parallel. To enhance the effect close your eyes and get away from all distractions. Start with 3 - 5 minutes, gradually leading up to 10-15 minutes. We recommend using these cylinders twice a day (morning and evening) for two weeks followed by a break of a month.
