DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all products within 1-2 working days from Monday to Friday.   Products are delivered using Royal Mail Post and you will be expected to receive your order within 2-3 working days after being dispatched at no additional cost. Alternatively, you can purchase First Class Postage in which your order will be delivered within the next working day after being dispatched. 

If in any circumstance, your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please send us an e-mail so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

All our bracelets are placed in a little black pouch and will be sent in a bubble lined envelopes.

Postage within the UK is free for 2nd Class Royal mail service and an upgraded to 1st Class is £0.99.

Postage to EU and Non-EU countries are Standard Royal Mail Service @ £7.99 

Tracked and Signed For Service @ £9.99
