We have been in the collectables business
for 25 years and have a vast inventory of products. We stock Trading cards,
Collectable card games, Comics and Transformers Toys.
Payment:
We will combine shipping whenever possible.
Please request an invoice if you want a combined total. We don't always spot
over payments and we don't want you to feel that you've been overcharged.
Please pay within 7 days except by prior
arrangement. We will file with ebay to reclaim our costs on unpaid items.
Shipping Costs:
We will combine shipping where ever we can,
please ask us or request an invoice if you're not sure. Please note sell sheets
cannot be combined with other items.
Please do not purchase several items and pay
for them all separately this causes no end of headaches especially if you later
decide you wanted to combine shipping.
We dispatch items on a Monday and a
Thursday. If you need your item really urgently please drop us an email and we
will try and help.
Delivery times:
Please be aware that the post office are
extremely incompetent.
UK items should be delivered in 1-2 days but
it is possible for them to take longer. We will consider an item lost after 14
days and replace or refund at this point.
International items should be delivered in
5-7 days but it is possible for them to take up to 28 days, we really don't
understand why. We will consider and item lost after 28 days and replace or
refund at this point.
If you are concerned please purchase the
tracked option Special Delivery/International Tracked. We have never (fingers
crossed) had an item get lost using these two methods.
Returns:
Incorrect or Damaged Goods:
We try our hardest not to make mistakes but
we're only human and occasionally mistakes do happen. In the rare instance that
this happens please email us and tell us the problem. Unfortunately we're not
blessed with psychic powers so we need to be told that there's something wrong.
Leaving a rant on our feedback doesn't help anyone, please talk to us. We will
always try and correct any problem.
Unwanted or mistakenly purchased Items:
We operate the standard ebay 14 day returns
policy, please return the items to us exactly as they have been shipped. Items
that have had parts removed or been damaged by you will not be refunded.
We will only refund the cost of the item. If
you simply changed your mind then we will retain the p&p that we've paid
out.

dangerous, all cards are sold by trained athletes, do not attempt this at home

After
