We hit the motherlode!  During my perpetual search for unseen rock n' roll photo negatives, I stumbled upon ~200 untouched negatives of Metallica from their Ride The Lighting and Damage, Inc tours in '85 and '86.  This shot of Cliff and James was taken at the Royal Oak Music Theatre on February 1, 1985.  Cliff is playing his Rickenbacker 4001 and is clearly in mid-head bang.

This picture was made by the legendary Ross Marino, whose short yet prolific career was cut short by a horribly unfortunate accident, drowning at the age of 26.  He left a truly incredible body of work that is only now being rediscovered.  He was Creem and Circus magazines' go-to man in Michigan and seemed to always have intimate access the biggest stars, such as Prince, Crüe, Ozzy and others.

The first image above is the actual print and the second image shows, in detail, the clarity and crispness of the image itself.  Using a camera phone to take a picture of the print, it's hard to show how clear the actual printed image is.  Hence the second picture.

This is a large format (17" x 22") fine art, archival print and is more than suitable for framing.  It's printed on Epson Ultra-Premium Signature Worthy® professional luster photo paper using Epson Ultrachrome HD 4K pigment inks.  It is truly a stunning, large, fine art print.

The print will be carefully rolled in craft paper and shipped in a thick Uline tube.  If you have questions, please let me know.
