Old and has been sitting in storage for many years. Very nice piece of history. Havent played it as it didnt have any wooden reeds to slide into the mouth piece. It has basically everything you need to start, except for the wooden reeds and it could definitely use some polishing. It has some discoloration as shown in the pictures above. Includes all of the pictured items as well as the carrying case.
