Hello and thanks for visiting SoFlo Bargains! We are a small family business working out of Port Saint Lucie, Florida. We purchase bulk inventory from many different suppliers so we can keep prices low for you. Before listing an item, we inspect each item and assign it a rating. If it has been unboxed or used, we give the product a basic functionality test.

Our rating system is as follows:

New: These items are brand new that have never been used and the box has never been opened. 

New (Open Box): These items are brand new that have never been used but the box has been opened.  The item looks new but the box may be damaged or show some wear and tear. We take pictures of the item packaging so you know just what to expect.

New (No Box): These items are brand new but have no box or packaging.

Used Mint:  These items are like new, showing minimal to no signs of scratches or scuffs.

Used Great:  These items show signs of light usage to include light nicks, scuffs, and/or scratches. 

Used Good:  These items will show signs of previous usage, with nicks, scratches, and/or scuffs.  

Used Fair:  These items will show sign of very heavy usage, with nicks, scratches, scuffs, and may have cracks.

**COLLECTORS NOTE**: We do not know if you are a collector but if this item looks collectable we include additional details of the product. If you are a collector and need additional details, please send us a message. If the item is collectable, we may charge additional handling charge and use additional preparation in the shipping process.  

Payment Policy: All items are expected to be paid for immediately if "Buy now" is used. If won in an auction payment is expected within 48 hours. If the item is not paid for within 48 hours, an unpaid item case will be opened and you will then have 4 days to pay for the item. If the item is not paid for during that time period, the case will be closed and the item will be relisted. If you are having problems paying within the allotted time period please reach out to us and attempt to arrange a payment date. 

Shipping Policy: We will ship your item when we have receive payment Monday-Friday. All items paid for before 8 A.M. Eastern Time will be shipped same day. All payments received after 8 A.M. Eastern Time will be shipped no later than the following day. We do not ship Saturday-Sunday because we are closed and probably diving. There are no known shipping offices available underwater. 

 Return Policy: We accept returns within 30 days from the sale of the item and the buyer pays shipping cost of the return. If you notice a problem with your item, please send us a message before opening a return request. We are very flexible and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please note Items must be  returned in the original packaging and include all the accessories.
