Excellent condition, does have the name “cookie” written on dog tag. Tested and works great, requires 4 AAA batteries not included. Pet him, press his belly, nose, or mouth, lay him down.  He barks, barks I Love You, whines, pants, licking & drinking sounds, opens and closes eyes, blinks, sniffs, closes his eyes when you lay him down, belly rises and falls as he breathes when sleeping.
