Original vintage 1975 Mego HULK Action Figure from the Pocket Super Heroes line.

This is the bent knees variant and very difficult to track down.

As you can see he’s missing his left arm. There is some glue residue on his torso where an arm was probably connected at some point in this figure’s long life.
