Fold lines at the upper left corners, edges yellowed, otherwise a clean item presumably from the 1950's. Signed by the captain at the upper left corner and the waiter at the bottom right corner (also he marked voyage #46.)
Alcoa Clipper was serving between New Orleans and South America between 1947 to 1960.
