Personalised twisted design decanter Glass

This modern style decanter and matching glasses will make the perfect gift to celebrate any special occasion, whether it's a wedding, Retirement, Anniversary or Birthday.
This beautiful decanter is crafted from the finest quality lead free crystalite glass. Featuring a twisted body and a heavyweight square base this decanter is finished with a beautifully designed large stopper and two matching glasses. The decanter is suitable for wine, whisky or any other drink you may prefer.
This crystal decanter measures approx: H: 28cm x W: 9.8cm, Holds 800ml.
Each glass measures approx: H 9.8cm x D. 9cm
Supplied in a silk lined gift box.

Engraving Information

Engraving on the decanter is approx 5 Lines of 15 characters per line, including spaces. Engraving on the glasses approx 3 lines of 10 characters per line including spaces, Please state on which item to engrave your text, if this is not stated the engraver will engrave the decanter only. Please send your requirements including the name of font through eBay message or leave on the eBay note to seller. We cannot see line layout so please use a # to indicate the start of a new line. If no font or layout is given the engraver will do what is best. Please double check your spelling before you submit it to us, once engraved mistakes cannot be corrected. Please do not send us your requirements multiple times this will cause problems.

Engraved Products;
If in the unlikely event the product you purchased from us is found to be faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange a replacement item.

Please supply photos where possible to help speed this process up. This does not include spelling / typing errors unless the fault was ours.

Please note; we do not accept change of mind returns on personalised products because once personalised they cannot be re-sold therefore if there is a possibility that you may wish to return your purchases please do not personalise it.

Non Engraved Products;
If in the unlikely event you are not happy with the product you purchased from us we offer 30 day no quibble money back guarantee.

The item must be returned to us in its original retail packaging undamaged so it can be resold.

We aim to make delivery of orders within a week of purchase.

We do not charge for delivery and usually post using Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We also offer a quicker delivery service using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This can be selected at checkout.

Please note Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a 'Guaranteed' next day delivery. Therefore we can give no guarantee that it will arrive within 24 hours.
