As we have an inventory of over 5000 different spare parts across multiple warehouses, please note that our standard processing times are 1-5 business days, this is in addition to any shipping times quoted.

All items marked as ‘in-stock’ are stored at one of these facilities but may still require up to 5 business day processing time to be transported to our packaging facility.

Basic Trailer Parts provides a free domestic shipping handling policy for the vast majority of items. Unfortunately for oversized items, (e.g. axles, wheels with tyres) or for items being shipped to remote areas (e.g. islands, isolated properties), due to extreme shipping costs, a small additional fee may be requested. The free shipping policy will still compensate for the majority of shipping costs that arise. We will communicate this with the customer during the processing period, at which point they may choose to cover the additional fee, or cancel their order for a total refund.

A product can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must not be used, and it must be in its original packaged condition and with its original packing and original tags. Products without their original package will not be accepted for return. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping and delivery charges for returning the product. Please message us before returning the product to us.

We accept PayPal as the main payment provider for the time being. If you require an alternative payment method feel free to contact us. We are always looking to expand our payment channels.
