Spring cleaning and selling a few of my sets!  I am a collector and have owned this set since original purchase in 2010.  Box is in perfect condition -- has been stored in a non-smoking climate controlled environment.  

This is a lovely set for any collector / Lego fan!  Very rare collector's building with great architectural and interior detailing --- makes a great addition to any city setup! 

Upon purchase, this set will be carefully bubble wrapped and placed into an outer box, to protect the packaging and box artwork.  Costs for packaging are calculated into shipping.
