The thermal unit that beats records! Lowering the lap time in almost all the stages of the Italian Open Cup and breaking through the 6-second wall in acceleration races. The design of the rack is strongly inspired by what is now a standard in the GP, giving up conformations with 7 or even 8 lights. The modular structure allows mounting by means of bases, in the total absence of through prioginieri, on different motors. The Viton O-ring on the base hermetically seals the thermal unit - base coupling. In this way it is no longer necessary to regenerate, clean and replace seals when working on the thermal unit, for example by changing the piston. The CNC machined base is screwed onto the crankcase and accommodates the cylinder with 4 external studs. The geometry of the transfer and drainage is therefore no longer limited as it happens on conventional thermal units, where the through studs obstruct most of the useful space for the drain and primary transfer. Particular attention in the development phase was paid to the thermal properties of the cylinder. All the fixing screws / threads have been thermally stabilized through special water tanks, integrated in the cooling circuit. The critical points of traditional thermal groups, close to passing prisoners, which often led to seizures, have thus been completely eliminated. The exhaust flange is also inspired by the GP solutions, providing for fixing with 3 screws and O-Ring. Exhaust manifold for Stage6 R / T muffler supplied. For other type / brand mufflers, alternative exhaust manifolds are available.
