• To begin, you can rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm to hot water before you start.

• You can put it into the palm of your hand. Put about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of the powder on the palm of your hand or a dish ( Don't put excess in vain ).

• Dip your toothbrush  into the powder.

• Don’t brush hard, brush soft and longer ( Use a medium fiber toothbrush). 

• If you need, you can massage the powder gently into your gums and teeth. Massaging areas that are inflamed and problematic can be very beneficial.

• Rinse the mouth gently with warm water.

• Brush your teeth twice a day. Before bed is more important. You can use this continuously or stop when you achieve your dental health goal.
