Free UK delivery on all our orders, and recorded in some instances.  All our items will be securely packaged and sent out within 1 working day of sale. We will update the tracking for orders shortly after posting where applicable. Our cut-off for delivery is 3pm and it may be processed and posted out the following working day. In some instances only a collection service will be available. Please see each listing for more info.

In the current circumstances there may be delays to postage which are out of our hands, but we will do everything possible to assist in any queries.

Please contact us in the first instance via messages BEFORE you open any return case with your concerns and give us an oppurtunity to get it right.

In the event a return is best option, please return all items in the 'same condition' as 'described' or as 'shown' in the pictures. If sealed, it MUST stay sealed for change of mind, etc.

Where the item is 'faulty' we will cover all the shipping costs.
