WHAT SHOULD I SEND

Tell us the name of the team, eg: Dad's Allstars, Smith Family Utd, etc.
Tell us the year established for the team. This could be the year of marriage or the year you met your wife.
Tell us the number of shirts and the size of each shirt.
Tell us the number on the back of each shirt.
Describe the shirt design and colour.
You can also have a special message underneath the shirts as well if you wish.
