-The Crinoline were worn under the dress to give fullness to dresses and keep them from dragging.

-It is is constructed of polyester with hoop steel bones inserted into the horizontal channels.

-The waist is made of elastic rubber so you can wear it easier. It was very convenient to fold it compactly! 

Noted: This crinoline is not strong enough to sustain fabric skirt or heavy stuff over.

This basic open frame cage skirt can be worn over another outfit as overtop skirt.
