In some cases it could take longer for your order to arrive and we request you to Contact us via eBay messaging system and we will try our best to track the item or send out a replacement if the item is lost. Delays in delivery could be caused by Royal Mail courier company and we always ship on the agreed date, please understand that if your item has missed its delivery date, please contact us before opening a case.
