Vintage old stock new, May not work properly due to its age

All factory sealed, I opened one, found interior has a lot of dust stains,

Though the box is a bit squeezed and may have wears here and there, but the Bay blade is New and never used. You can see that by seeing the iron wire that fixed the product in place.It might be little bit dirty due to storage, but it’s condition is not affected. Please see photo for more details, sold as is.
