POSTAGE :
All our UK items are sent out via Royal mail second class and are signed for. The international packages will be tracked and sent via airmail.
DELIVERY :
To ensure safe shipment to our customers, all our packages are handled with care. Once payment has been cleared, your order will be processed by us within 24 hours. Items purchased before 2PM will be posted same day. We currently post to customers in the UK and International.
RETURNS:
Our main target is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we are willing to issue you a full refund within 28 days of buying. However, the items ordered must be returned to us in its original packaging and in unused condition.
