Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday and not including local public holidays) and normally you should expect to receive it 4 - 6 days (for USA, Singapore & Europe) after dispatch and 4 - 7 days (for other countries).

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

For undeliverable packages due to the buyer’s fault (receiver non-contactable by the courier upon delivery or the wrong address/ contact submitted by the buyer), when the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs if the buyer wish us to resend the item
