JT Pignoni produces the entire range of gears and sprockets for the aftermarket and original equipment. Each pinion and crown goes through 25 production stages and is then subjected to over ten individual quality checks to leave production successfully. JT Pignoni done the right way: from turning, milling and drilling! This is the only way to achieve the highest quality at the lowest tolerances and the best tooth profile. After subsequent thermal coating each item is hand checked - this is JT Pignoni's new quality standard in the motorcycle industry.
