Shipping
- The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs for undelivered, unclaimed, or returned packages unless we have made an error in the listing.
- We ship Monday through Friday, within 2 business days of your cleared payment.
- We ship to Canada and USA addresses only at the moment. We always choose the best method for your destination.
Returns
We gladly accept returns under the following conditions:
- Item must be returned unopened (sealed) within 30 days of receipt.
- Upon receipt and after inspection, you will receive a full refund less shipping, brokerage, custom, and gift-wrapping charges if any.
- A restocking fee 20% will be applied on returns.
- All testers, deodorant, and body spray are final sale.
- In case of wrong item purchase please send us back for a refund. Buyer is responsible for both side shipping. We will only accept return if the item is unopened (still sealed).
