INSTRUCTIONS:
The film is divided into two layers: a layer of colorless and transparent called a sub-film (that is, a protective film of the positive film), and a layer of adhesive color is called a positive film. Film tools prepare: utility knife, ruler, triangular hard scraper, soft scraper, watering can. Filming step:
1. Cut film: first use plastic paper to lay on the outside of the glass and proof according to the glass size.
2. Water distribution: 5-10 drops of detergent for every 500 grams in the watering can, then shake it up and down evenly
3. Cleaning the glass: Spray water on the glass with a soft scraper from top to bottom or from left to right. Scrape 2-3 times, depending on the degree of dirty glass of each person
4. Separate the membrane: separate the sub-membrane and the positive membrane of the membrane (lightly bite with a tooth or use a finger, etc.), and spray water on the positive membrane in time during the separation process (because the positive membrane is sticky, if it sticks to each other) It’s not easy to be separated together.
5. Stick film: Spray a little water on the glass, then spread the adhesive side of the positive film onto the glass. Do not leak light up and down, right and left. (Spray a little more water, it is more slippery, and it is easier to move and position)
6. Squeeze and wipe the water: Spray water on the non-adhesive side of the positive film, lay the sub-film on top of it (the sub-film should be kept clean), and then use the squeegee to drain the water between the film and the glass (sequence From the middle to the two sides, first use a slight force to scrape a few times, and then use the strong scraping when the film is no longer moving. The sub-film is sprayed on the positive film to prevent scratching the positive film. After the water is scraped clean, the sub-film is completed its mission, take it straight and throw it away.)
7. Tip: If your rear windshield has a curvature, the solar film needs to be heated by a baking gun to make the solar film and glass surface completely match. If there is no baking gun, it is also possible to use a hair dryer.
