The cover (high grade excellent condition with slight creasing mostly at the right corners), magazine with rules attached (high grade excellent condition due to slight mostly-in-the borders creasing at the right corners, otherwise with glossy smooth pages, no marks, highlighting, etc.), full color 22" x35" map (high grade excellent condition with bright clean colors and some creasing in the border areas), and 200 counters (unpunched, new condition) are all in high grade excellent to new condition.

The Outstanding Bonus includes a copy of the 2nd Edition Rules with errata which did not appear in the original magazine, plus a turn worksheet, variant combat and purchases tables, a video game review, several game reviews, and a bit more.  Also included are errata from S&T # 73, but you would probably be better off to ignore this along with the 1st Edition Rules and just use the 2nd Edition Rules.  I have heard a number of testimonies through the years about how unplayable the 1st (magazine) edition rules are.  Some to all of the bonus will be sent by email upon shipping your purchase, if you send your email address (eBay no longer forwards that information).  Otherwise, instructions on how to access the bonus will be sent with your order.  All bonus and extras material are available for sale separately if requested.

Expert Shipping!!!  I am a very careful shipper.  Prior to eBaying I shipped thousands of items commercially.  Out of 1500+ eBay shipments, there has not been a single report of a packing problem.  The packing materials used are light weight and nearly impervious to harm!  My feedback frequently compliments my attention to shipping.

Rules:

An e-mail response is required within 3 days from the end of the auction.  Your mailing address and a statement of how you intend to pay needs to be included in the e-mail.  Funds are due within 10 days from the ending date of the auction.  Auction win may be cancelled and the item relisted if these requirements are not met.

Within the U.S. for this item I charge $4.00 as a handling fee plus actual shipping.  I will combine items for shipping charging only for actual shipping, plus the highest handling fee cited in the listings for the items purchased, plus a $2.00 fee for each item after the first.

eBay charges fees of over 11% on Shipping Costs though I make no profit on these costs!!  Nor do the fees I charge fully compensate me for the labor and materials necessary to process a purchase.

   For international shipping, books and similar purchases can be shipped by via eBay International Standard Delivery (strongly recommended) or First Class Mail International (FCMI) which is generally $20 cheaper than Priority Mail International (PMI).  All methods are INSURED.  The handling fee for shipping is $10 or for PMI $8.  Buyers choosing to ship PMI will be charged a $10 handling fee, but $2 will be refunded upon shipping.  For multiple purchases, items will be combined to lower shipping costs.  Buyers will be charged actual shipping, plus the highest handling fee cited in the listings for the items purchased, plus a $3 fee for each purchase after the first.

If Picture Perfect Comics determines the Buyer's address is not suitable for international service, the Buyer agrees to cancel this transaction without leaving feedback if he does not choose to pay for PMI service.  In the event of loss or damage the buyer agrees to fill out all claim forms requested by the insurer of the shipment.  The buyer also agrees that no refund for loss or damage be paid until the insurer has settled the claim.

• All sales are final.  All items are sold As-Is.  Bidding is an agreement to accept the item as pictured and described.
• Any differences between actual shipping\handling costs and those calculated by eBay's software will be decided by the terms of this listing.  Shipping overpayments of less than $1.00 will not be refunded unless requested by the buyer.  A note with payment or an email at any point will suffice.  Buyers have made it clear that tiny refunds are unwanted.
