ITEM DESCRIPTION: 12v 2 Wire Square Turn Signal Relay / Flasher. This is a very common flasher used on a wide variety of vehicles.

NOTE: This one is polymer sealed to prevent moisture from entering the electronics (others have a snap in plastic panel that does not seal well).

NOTE: The last picture shows the position of the B & L terminals (this picture is for reference only).

Flasher Information:

2 Pin Relay are usually marked B or + on one terminal and L on the other. B is 12v and L goes to the signal switch to power the lights. You can jump your harness plug to test your system, switch left and right to light up the signals (they will light but won't flash). If they work you can plug in your relay and make them flash.

NOTE: This relay is for incandescent bulbs only, LED lights require an LED flasher (they are meant to work with the low resistance of LED lights). Signal relays work by using bulb resistance, so if they blink too fast, too slow or not at all, the relay resistance doesn’t match the bulb resistance. Some flashers are adjustable to account for that.
