Once you place an order, you have entered into a legally binding contract. Please do not buy an item unless you intend to complete the purchase.
We accept payment via PayPal only. This means that you can be rest assured that your order will be with you as soon as possible after your purchase.
Please make sure that you pay for your purchase immediately via PayPal, but in any event by no later than 3 business days after ordering or winning your first item. Any delays may result in the item becoming sold out and unavailable.
You will be transferred to the PayPal website to select how to fund the purchase and specify a shipping address. For your security we only dispatch your order to the registered address you provide us via PayPal. Please therefore make sure that your PayPal address is up to date so that we can deliver your item to the correct address. Upon confirmation of the transaction, you will be returned to your checkout.
In the event of an incorrectly placed order, please cancel and re-order as we are unable to make any changes to your order after payment has been received.
Our prices are inclusive of VAT. We are a VAT registered company.
Our eBay items don't come with any warranty but we do pride ourselves on our customer service so if there were ever any issues in the future we would always be willing to have a look at your item. You have 30 days from purchase to return an item for a full refund (excluding earrings due to hygiene reasons).
All items sold by us are described to the best of our abilities, as accurately as possible, and with the utmost conscientiousness on our part.
Also note that monitor settings may vary from computer to computer and may distort actual colours.
Orders placed within Europe, but outside of the UK and Ireland will be charged at £8.00.
Delivery charges to the rest of the world are charged at £12.00.

Please allow 3-5 days for orders to arrive. We are not responsible for postal services to these destinations.
We offer combined shipping rates for customers who order more than one item. You only need to pay your standard delivery charge on your first item, then you just pay an additional £1.00 for each item after that in your order. All items, within each order, must be paid within 3 business days of ordering or winning your first item.

If you purchase multiple items and pay for them all in one go, they will be dispatched together in one parcel, and the total value of the order may upgrade your postage to Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery™.
Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, within 1-5 business days of your order being dispatched. We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days, (although this time may be extended if your order is placed close to a UK bank or public holiday); in many cases orders are shipped next business day. Please therefore allow 5 business days from the date of dispatch before contacting us to chase a parcel.
On receipt of the goods a signature may be required. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer or guarantee next day delivery.
Please be aware that delivery may take a little longer to these areas: The Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the following postcodes: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G83, G84, HS, IM, IOM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, PO, TD, TR, ZE.
Unfortunately, we are unable to change delivery address once your order has been processed.
If you have ordered incorrectly and have paid we cannot make any changes or cancel your order after payment has been received. Please return the item and we will fully refund you on return.
Please be advised that delivery of parcels to business addresses can take longer than those sent to home addresses.
When we dispatch your order, we will send a dispatch confirmation email to let you know your item is on the way. If you have not received this email after 7 business days of placing an order please message us via eBay messages.
Any items sent via Royal Mail should be with you within 1 to 5 business days. In the unlikely event that your parcel fails to arrive within 5 business days, Royal Mail will only consider an item "lost in post" if it hasn't been delivered within 15 business days (or 25 business days for overseas orders) and we would have to wait until that time has passed before sending out a replacement for items missing in transit, or issuing a refund, and we appreciate your patience during this time.
Please note that you must contact us via eBay messages in the first instance of non-receipt of your order.
For security purposes a signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, the courier will attempt a further two deliveries and subsequently will return the parcel to us, and we will charge again for a redelivery. Alternatively, if the courier deems it safe to do so, they may possibly leave the goods in a secure location on your premises or with a neighbour, in which case a card will be left giving you the location of your goods or advising the details of delivery. Please note we cannot be held responsible if you are not present to accept delivery of your parcel when it arrives.
Please be aware large and bulky orders may not fit through your letter box, and please check with your postman/neighbours if you do not receive your item.
You should have your Royal Mail tracking number on your eBay purchase history and/or in your email order confirmation so will need to log into the Royal Mail website to track your parcel with that tracking number.
If you contact us through eBay messages we will give you all the information you need on how to return the ring safely to us for a size exchange or refund.
We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. We work with our couriers who have a 97% accuracy for their service. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier or Royal Mail, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays. If your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points above, in that we may have to wait up to 15 working days (or 25 working days for overseas orders) before we are able to refund or replace items missing in transit if your parcel was sent with Royal Mail. All claims for missing items must be made within 21 days of the date of your order.
We do our best to ensure all of our customers enjoy a happy shopping experience with us, however occasionally you may need to return an item, and we've made this easy, fast and simple.
We want you to love our products as much as we do, so if it doesn’t fit, you’ve had a change of heart, or you just aren’t feeling it, no worries! We believe returns should be easy.
You can return unwanted items for a full refund within 30 days from receiving them providing they are returned new, unworn, unused and where possible, still have their tags or labels still attached. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. You will need to cover the cost of returning unwanted items; returns are not free. After our provided returns period we are unable to accept a return unless the product is faulty.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, you will need to return the original item and we will refund you.
All returns must be requested through the eBay Portal, so please ensure that you submit an eBay returns request for all returns including each individual item as eBay will only allow us to refund if a returns request has been opened and agreed. Please ensure that you include your Sales Reference Number and eBay ID.
We do not pay for the return of items back to us, this is the customer’s responsibility. Please obtain proof of postage or tracking information for the return parcel. We will take responsibility for your return costs ONLY in cases when the product/package has been damaged, defective, or not as described. In all other cases, we will not be responsible for the costs incurred for returning ordered items.
All returns are inspected upon receipt and photographic evidence will be provided for non-complying items. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and items will be sent back to you by our customer service team. All items are dispatched in individual packaging and inspected before leaving our warehouse.
To cancel an order you must return the goods to us immediately. We try hard to accept all returns. The goods are returned at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money back into the PayPal account originally used.
To return products, simply package the product in its original box or packaging, and return to us at the address below. Please ensure the invoice is included with the goods that you are returning. If you no longer have the original invoice, please contact us with your full name and address, your email address and your eBay buyer ID.

We would recommend that you return your items via recorded or registered post, which you will have to pay for but this will ensure that it arrives with us. As soon as we receive your item back it will be processed for a refund as requested. We recommend you keep hold of your proof of return as this will have tracking information for the return.
We will process your return and issue a refund within three (3) business days of receiving your order. As soon as we've received and taken care of your return, you will receive a confirmation that your refund has been issued. Your refund will be credited to the payment method used to place the order and will exclude the initial delivery cost. Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within three (3) business days of your refund email being sent. All sales taxes are included in your refund for orders sent within the EU.
We're really sorry if you have had a problem with your item. If the item you received arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, doesn't match the listing description, or if it's the wrong item, you are covered under the ebay money back guarantee. In order for us to determine whether there is a fault or not, we would need to assess the item.
An item is classified as faulty or defective if it is not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty (as described previously) when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days. We don't expect you to pay to return faulty products, items that have arrived damaged or broken, or those sent to you in error, so please contact us prior to returning the item.
Please send the item for assessment to the above address (we recommend using a tracked service). We will examine the returned item, and if applicable, will notify you of any refund due via email within a reasonable period of time. We will cover the return cost and process the refund due to you as soon as possible once we’ve received the item back, and in any case within three (3) business days of the day we confirm via email that you are entitled to a refund for the faulty item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for any item bought via our auctions unless it doesn't match the listing description when received.
