The History of
... Cuervo Y Sobrinos...The culture of “slow time” originated in the
heat of the tropics and requires gentle movements, refinement in
details and a complete lifestyle that puts the single individual at the
center of daily life. Time is a precious asset; it should be sipped,
lived and enjoyed with its perfumes and atmospheres moment by moment.
Time in Havana seems almost to expand, to lose the frenzy of things
to be done, to become the pleasure of ordinary daily acts. This
culture has been and is the matrix, the foundation and the very
nature of Cuervo y Sobrinos from 1882 till today. Cuervo Y Sobrinos
began distributing the fine Cuervo Y Sobrinos watches and clocks
during Havana’s golden age. Before long, famous people of that era
would stop at the boutique that was on Havana’s Fifth Ave., in 1882,
enjoying the adventure and tropical elegance of Havana. They suddenly
became regular visitors to this family business that flourished
under successive generations of Cuervo family watchmakers...

0.2412/2 NUM Calendografo Autorecargante, crafted Two-body, polished,
solid 18k Rose Gold curved flared rectangle shaped case measuring 37 x
47mm diameter. Fixed polished 18k Rose Gold bezel. Automatic movement,
power reserve up to ± 42hours. Displays a Brown Guilloche dial with
applied Rose gold Roman numeral XII, baton/triangular hour markers.
Rose gold dauphine hands, centered sweep Second, minute track at outer
rim. . Date aperture at 6 o'clock position. Gold Pull/push crown.
Scratch resistant Sapphire crystal, sold gold caseback. Brown
Alligator leather strap with 18k rose gold Tang Buckle. Water

Y Sobrinos is not your typical watch brand. Founded in 1882 in Havana,
Cuba, the manufacture uniquely combines an exotic Latin element and
Swiss precision, quickly becoming a favorite for those who craves
luxurious individuality. Particularly charming, 1930/40s design,
inspired by the golden age of Cuba, brings to life the atmosphere of
yesteryear on the Caribbean island. The slightly curved rectangular
case with large lugs, of rose gold, is made from a single block,
heat-tempered to give it the desired hardness and luster. Many of their
timepieces reflects the citys electrifying yet laidback feel and the
same can be said for the Cuervo Y Sobrinos Esplendidos collection. A
perfect representation of the Art Deco era, the watch is encased in a
domed, rectangular case with applied finger markers and Dauphine
hands. . The automatic movement of the Cuervo Y Sobrinos Esplendidos
powers an array of functions. Proving it has more than that spirited
Cuban vibe going on, the Cuervo Y Sobrinos Esplendidos feature a power
reserve of between 36 +/-42 hours. It is a beautiful polished case,
