Vintage Original 1955 Kodak Camera Wood Ahipping Box/crate.

The cover is missing. Im not sure but it looks by the color someone put a clear coat over it unless this is the original color?

The side indicated this was for transporting 4 dozen 8x10 processing plates and to use before Nov. 1955. Apparently they went bad after a certain date. I indicated this was from 1955. Im.not sure of the shelf life of processing plates but maybe they were packaged in 1953? So this could have been a earlier box.
