All our items are delivered free of charge to mainland UK areas.
This offer excludes the following postcodes and areas:
IV, DD, PA, AB, KW, DG, Northern and Southern Ireland, Isle of
Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands and Scottish Isles. If you do
live in any of these areas, an additional surcharge may apply.

In certain instances, depending on order quantity and value,
management may waive the surcharge. Please call us on 01772 499081
for further information prior to placing your order.
Our standard lead time for delivery of your furniture from point
of order is within 15-20 working days (3-4 weeks) but usually the
item is delivered well before then. If you require furniture
urgently or within a certain time frame, please do not hesitate to
contact us.
If for some reason we are unable to deliver within our general
lead time of 3-4 weeks, we shall contact you directly to
advise.
The delivery companies are very flexible and will provide you
with plenty of notice of your delivery date and time. If delivery
cannot be taken on the date proposed, alternatives will be offered.
The delivery company will try their utmost best to accommodate your
needs and work around your availability.
Once you have bought an item, please provide us with suitable
contact telephone numbers so we can pass these onto the delivery
company. Our standard free delivery service is a one man delivery. They will
carry the item into your house. They may need assistance for large heavy
items.
We also offer the following options: Two man delivery This is a two man delivery who will carry the furniture into the room of your choice
White Glove Service This
is a two man delivery service who will carry the furniture into the
room of your choice. They will put the item into situe and remove and
take away all packaging. If the item requires assembly then the
