This is a Very Small Micro Machine Honda CBR 400 Motorcycle in Blue, Pink & White number 9.  It is made of plastic and is highly detailed,note the markings.  It is about 1 1/4 inch long.  I bought these as part of a job lot and it is in Very Good Condition.
