This listing is a distribution service which involves you mailing your copy of Pokemon Emerald to me, where I will then distribute the Eon Ticket, Aurora Ticket, Mystic Ticket, and the Old Sea Map to your Pokemon Emerald game save, which you can then use to catch Latios or Latias, Deoxys, Lugia, Ho-oh, and Mew by traveling to their respective event islands.
This distribution service is not compatible with Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed or LeafGreen, as Emerald is the only Generation III game that features all four secret event islands, with Ruby and Sapphire only featuring the Eon Ticket, and FireRed and LeafGreen only featuring the Aurora Ticket and Mystic Ticket. This listing is a bundle pack of four of my other distribution services combined into one for a greatly reduced price (Eon Ticket, Aurora Ticket, Mystic Ticket, Old Sea Map). These are all four of the exclusive and special in-game events found in Pokemon Emerald and thus I figured if you have an interest in one, it’s likely you’d have an interest in the others similar to it, and thus I created this bundle package. This distribution results in 100% authentic and genuine event Wonder Cards being received on your game(s), with the exception of the Old Sea Map, as the event was never officially distributed anywhere but Japan - more details on this below. This distribution service is meant to allow those who wish to gain access to these incredibly special in-game events the opportunity to do so many years after their inception. These events make a great gift for those looking to relive and/or experience secret Pokemon events, those looking to complete their Pokedex, event Pokemon collectors, among many other things.

General Information:
Upon purchase, messaging me or showing interest, I will go ahead and run through all of the requirements your game(s) need to meet in order to receive the service(s) of interest. There are typically other questions I ask as well, usually in regards to customer specifics and the like, but assuming all of your answers demonstrate a clear ability for your game(s) to partake in the service(s), I’d then give the okay for you to purchase (assuming you hadn’t done so already), and once you have done so, I will send you my address to move things along. I highly recommend you message me before placing an order, as in the event that for whatever reason you cannot receive the given service(s), it makes it so I don’t have to cancel any orders, as well as making sure you don’t get your hopes up. Regardless of the end result, I encourage you to reach out - please message me if you have any questions, concerns, interests, requests, etc.
(The price of) shipping is all on you; please try finding the most cost effective way to both make sure you aren’t paying large costs to ship your game(s) out, and also make sure your game(s) remain safe. When your package arrives, I will let you know as soon as possible and work on the services whenever I have the opportunity.
During the distribution process, I will message you frequently to share updates on how work is progressing. I will always include photos of the important parts of any given service in said updates, so if there is anything specific you would like to make sure I share, please let me know and I will do what I can.
When the distribution service(s) is/are complete and I’ve gotten confirmation from you that all of the work I’ve done on your game(s) looks correct and as you want it, I will mail your game(s) back to you as soon as I can and you’ll be free to use your new event key items once your package makes a safe return.
The Eon Ticket, Aurora Ticket and Mystic Ticket are all 100% authentic, as they either come from their original sources such as record mixing, Mystery Event, or their original event run Wonder Cards, and everything caught from these events, namely Latios/Latias, Deoxys, Lugia and Ho-oh are genuine and legitimate and can be transferred into Pokemon Bank and Home. With that said, the Old Sea Map is not authentic, assuming you are sending in a non-Japanese Emerald cartridge, as the event was never distributed anywhere outside of Japan, and thus the event is considered by many to be illegitimate if done with any copy other than a Japanese Pokemon Emerald copy. Despite this, and despite what many think, non-Japanese Old Sea Map Mews can actually still be transferred up to Bank and Home completely legitimately, so do with that as you will.
Detailed Information:
The most important requirement for this service is that you need to be mailing in (an) AUTHENTIC Pokemon Emerald cartridge(s) - reproduction cartridges will NOT work! This is due to reproduction cartridges storing their saves in the ram as opposed to the dedicated save sector of genuine cartridges, and as such, it means I am unable to reach the save to distribute the event items (or Wonder Cards). In order to partake in this service, I will require you to send me clear photos of the front and back of your cartridge(s) so I can make sure your cartridge(s) is/are guaranteed to be authentic.
Please be aware that this service will overwrite any previous Wonder Cards you may have, as you can only store one Wonder Card in Generation III. Since this service has me distribute multiple Wonder Cards, I’m sure you may be wondering how this changes the service process. Thankfully, this ultimately does not affect the distribution service in any meaningful way, as I can simply distribute a Wonder Card to your game, claim the event item it gives, replace the Wonder Card with a different one, claim the second event item, and replace it with the third and final Wonder Card so you can now receive whichever one of the events you didn’t obtain prior. This is since the activation to get each event item is only active for as long as the Wonder Card is on the save, and since Generation III can only hold one Wonder Card at a time, I claim two event items in advance and leave the other for you to receive. Please note that I say three Wonder Cards and not four due to the Eon Ticket actually not being distributed through Mystery Gift, but either one of two other distribution methods - Record Mixing, which also results in the Eon Ticket already being in the bag, or Mystery Event (it’s different from Mystery Gift despite the very similar name), which allows you to pick up the item in-game alongside the final Wonder Card event item (I will be using Record Mixing by default, as it’s much easier on me end. If you’d prefer Record Mixing, please let me know). Be sure to let me know which of the event items you would like to be the last one added onto your save so you can pick it up in game yourself. In order to have any of these event items be distributed to your game(s) in the first place though, you first must have the Mystery Gift option in the main menu unlocked (along with Record Mixing).
Thankfully, unlocking Mystery Gift in Pokemon Emerald is very simple and can be done nearly as soon as you start the game. All you need to do is go to any Poke Mart in the games and interact with the clipboard on the main counter. From here, simply enter the phrase "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL", and if you input everything correctly, the clerk will inform you that you can now use Mystery Gift in the menus upon saving and quitting. Additionally, in the event that you’d prefer the Eon Ticket to be distributed via Record Mixing, you must have reached the Mauville City Pokemon Center, as once you have entered the building, Record Mixing will be unlocked and will be accessible in any and all Pokemon Centers. Thankfully, the Mystery Event distribution method can be done at any time, so there’s nothing to say for that one. From there, assuming your game now has the ability to receive everything, I will distribute the four event items to your cartridge(s).
It's important to note that while I can distribute the four event items at any time as long as Mystery Gift (and Record Mixing) has been unlocked, there is a specific point in Pokemon Emerald where actually using the event items to travel to the event islands becomes available; they cannot be used right away. Specifically, you can only travel to Southern Island, Birth Island, Navel Rock and Faraway Island once you have completed the Pokemon League for the first time and thus unlocked the National Dex. If you would like to mail in your game(s) to partake in the service before access to traveling to the event islands has been unlocked, that’s very much so an option for you.
Regardless of which event items I claim in advance for you and which Wonder Card I leave remaining in your game to claim yourself, once I have distributed all four of the event items to your Emerald save, go to the top floor of the Pokemon Center, where you’ll then find a man in blue at the top left of the room. Upon talking to them, they will give you whichever event item you chose to have remain on your save, along with the Eon Ticket if distributed through Mystery Events, which you are then free to use alongside the already claimed event items. If you wish to use any of them, you can use the Eon Ticket, Aurora Ticket, Mystic Ticket and Old Sea Map to travel to Southern Island, Birth Island, Navel Rock and Faraway Island respectively at Lilycove City.
Once at Southern Island, travel into the center of the island, where Latios will await you if you said you heard the TV say the color was blue or Latias will await you if said you heard the announcer say the color was red. As soon as you interact with the rock at the very center of the room, the encounter with the respective legendary will start!
Once at Birth Island, all that’s left is for you to interact with the triangle object at the center of the island and figure out the specific ways you need to interact with it. Once it’s turned completely red and you interact with it one final time, it will shatter and Deoxys will appear! From there, the encounter will start.
Once at Navel Rock, you can travel either upwards or downwards through the cave system. If you go upwards to the peak, you can find and encounter Ho-oh, and if you go downwards to the cave’s depths, you can find and encounter Lugia.
Once at Faraway Island, you must venture deeper into the island until you reach the forest. Once there, you’ll see that Mew has noticed you and fled. From there, all that’s left is for you to corner Mew in the tall grass, and once you have, a wild encounter with Mew will begin!
As mentioned previously, this event distribution service is only available for authentic copies of Pokemon Emerald. Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire only feature the Eon Ticket/Southern Island, and Pokemon FireRed and LeafGreen only feature the Aurora Ticket/Birth Island and the Mystic Ticket/Navel Rock. Additionally, please keep in mind that the Old Sea Map was a Japanese event only and is considered illegitimate by many when caught on non-Japanese Emerald cartridges as mentioned prior. Finally, if you do not meet the requirements mentioned above to partake in this distribution service but send in your cartridge(s) believing you do meet them, I will unfortunately refund you and send your cartridge(s) back, though I cannot refund shipping. Please try to avoid this outcome at all costs; I assure you it’s not fun for either party.

I often get asked a lot of similar messages and questions about my services, so I’ve decided to list many of them along with their answers to prevent as much confusion as possible, as well as a few other important things I feel customers should know. Of course, if you don’t see a question you have in this section, feel free to send me a message so I can help out. This section is frequently updated with new questions and improved/more detailed answers.
“Do my GBA Pokemon game’s internal clock battery being dead matter for this service?:”
No - your Pokemon game’s internal battery does not affect my ability to perform this service for you in any way regardless of if it is still functional or currently dead.
“Do you offer a service to replace a GB/GBC/GBA Pokemon game’s dead (internal clock) battery?”
Unfortunately not at this moment, though I want to in the future. Once I feel comfortable enough with the soldering process (and of course have spare batteries), I will consider it further.
“Do you take requests for special and/or custom orders?”
I cannot guarantee that I’ll be able to help with specific and custom requests, but it never hurts to ask. Feel free to send me a message about whatever you’re looking to receive, and I’ll tell you if I’ll be able to help out.
“Can I purchase a cartridge with the events already on them, rather than mailing my own game in?”
No - I only have one of each Pokemon game, and they are my own personal cartridges. This will very likely never be something I offer, unless I happen to stumble upon spare copies through some means. Please do not bank on the small chance of this happening.
“Is this service done via cheating (GameShark, Action Replay, etc)?”
Typically, none of my services involve cheating in any way and are all done to be as authentically as possible. Any that may be considered cheating or not legitimate are explicitly stated as such within their respective descriptions. Feel free to ask about the specific ones if you so wish.
“Do you offer your services internationally? Can I mail my game in despite being outside of the US?”
Yes, all of my services are currently set up for national shipping. Just to say, please be aware of the high costs that come from partaking from outside of the US since you are paying for both shipping to and from. If purchasing multiple services from me and shipping does not automatically combine, which it seems to not do if buying overseas, please let me know so I can refund you the $25 back.
“Do these services work on non-English cartridges?”
Yes, a vast majority of my services will work on non-english cartridges. Naturally some of them require a bit of a different process, such as if you want the Oak’s Letter distribution service performed on a Japanese copy of Platinum, I would instead distribute the authentic Japanese Wonder Card instead of the English one since it wouldn’t work properly, but the end result would still be the same ans result in you receiving an authentic Oak’s Letter.
“Do I have to send in my system along with the game?”
In regards to cartridges being played on GameBoy, GameBoy Color, GameBoy Advance, Nintendo DS, and Nintendo 3DS, no - those cartridges’ save files are stored within the cartridges themselves, rather than something like the Nintendo Switch save files, which are stored on the system itself regardless of if playing a game physically or digitally. For non-cartridge/digital games however, most of which in this case refer to the 3DS (eShop, Virtual Console), then yes, you would need to send in your entire system.
“Is there any way we can communicate outside of eBay messaging?”
Yes - you are free to send me a friend request and message me on Discord via my ID of Mvw#0426 - this is very likely the best way to message me, as I’m very active on there (though before friending me, please send a message on eBay letting me know of you sending a friend request so I know who sent it and whether or not to accept said friend request or not.). For the record, I do want to say that the account used is still my personal Discord - I don’t have a separate business account or anything, so do with that as you will.
“Can you transfer this Pokemon up to a different generation and trade/transfer it from there?”
All events shown are technically compatible with all future generations unless they’re a Ticket/Item distribution service like the Eon Ticket or are specifically mentioned to not transfer up (to Bank and Home), so if you want a Generation 3 WishMaker Jirachi in Pokemon Black 2 for example, let me know and we can discuss this. I’m aware that many will want me to transfer these up into Bank and Home for trading purposes, and yes, I can go ahead and do that too if you so wish. With that said, please be aware it may take a bit of time to transfer everything upwards, and I admittedly do not particularly enjoy this process for anything prior to Gen 6.
“Do you plan to offer services for other Pokemon games (LGPE, SWSH, BDSP, PLA, SV, Home, etc)?”
I definitely have plans for services for other Pokemon titles in the future, though I don’t have much more concrete information to give at present time. Making these services is a lot more work on my end than it may seem, since I have to write up the description (which as I’m sure you can tell, I always make as thorough and detailed as possible), make the thumbnail, take the best pictures possible, update previous descriptions to include the new listing as a service I offer, update the Q&A if required, and so on. Regardless, this does tie into the special requests and custom orders section too - if you’d like me to perform a service on any of these games, feel free to ask and I’ll see what I can do here as well.
“Under what circumstances will you cancel or refund an order?”
Upon purchasing one of my services, I will send you a message on the matter. If I notice that you have not yet replied after a few days, I will send a follow up message. If I notice again that you have still not yet replied, I will send a final notice, and if I manage to see that you have still not yet replied, I will cancel your order. With that said, It is not my responsibility to babysit your purchase. If I do not hear back from you, even if you have actually replied at some point, it is very possible I will forget about your purchase, move onto helping others who are keeping contact, and therefore not cancel your order. The moral here is, if you did not mean to purchase one of my listings/services, simply tell me you wish to cancel the order.
“Do your services run for a limited time only? Do the listings end once the quantity reaches zero? Should I purchase now to avoid missing out?
Don’t worry - I plan to go ahead and keep these services going for as long as I can, though there will likely be times in the future where I temporarily stop working on them for a bit, likely due to school or vacations and such. Outside of that, no, I do not plan to stop my services anytime soon. Additionally, I always increase the quantity of each service when it gets low, so you will always be able to purchase in the future. With that all said, I advise you to please not purchase unless you feel you are ready to mail your game out, as admittedly due to the way eBay is set up, they do expect me to purchase a shipping label for use within the coming days after a purchase is made, so to avoid that, it is best to wait until you feel ready to proceed with the service.
“Why are your shipping times so long? Do I really have to wait that long to receive my game back?”
Don’t worry - the shipping times and estimated delivery dates shown are not correct whatsoever. The estimated shipping and delivery times only show as such a long time purely so I can give the customer as long of a time period as I possibly can to mail their game out. As mentioned in the previous question’s response, eBay expects me to purchase and prepare a shipping label after a certain period of time, so I have the maximum shipping time set to give as much time as possible for the customer to get their package ready and the like. Keep in mind that I naturally only want to purchase a shipping label when I’m ready to actually ship, so purchasing one and then having it expire is definitely not something I’d like to have happen.
“How do I know this service is legit? How do I know you will mail my game back?”
Easily my most commonly asked question, and one I naturally fully understand. Sending your games or even your entire 3DS/2DS to someone you don’t know can be very intimidating and concerning, so I hope the reasons I give share can be understood and go beyond “that’s morally wrong!” To start, please keep in mind that in order for me to actually receive your game/system, I have to send you my address, so if I ever were to not send your game back, you now have my address, proof of a valid purchase, a listing linked to said purchase, and an account you can report to eBay. I also give out my full name when giving my address if anyone needs it for their package, so you would have even more information on me as an individual you could report if need be. I hope that these reasons give you a good idea of why such wouldn't be feasible on my end, and ultimately an incredibly poor idea. Finally, I always urge those concerned about such to check the reviews left from previous customers who I have worked with in the past. “Anything else I should know?”
It goes without saying, but just to have it on here and to make sure it has been properly disclosed with anyone considering partaking in my services, please mail out your games at your own risk and only if you are fully comfortable with doing so. As can happen with any piece of mail being sent out, packages can get lost during the shipping process and may not arrive on time, or unfortunately, may get lost with mailing services being unable to find, locate or recover your package, resulting in the package and game(s) remaining forever missing. As of typing this, I have yet to ever fail at recovering a lost package (including one that was genuinely lost for over three months), but I cannot guarantee the safety of all packages, as packages getting lost can and probably will happen in the future.
