Pickup is only available at this store (unless otherwise noted) and is usually free.  To remove shipping charges, you must make your request before paying, otherwise your item may be shipped.  Payment must be completed before pickup.  All pickups will be charged applicable sales tax.  Unless a prior arrangement has been made with us, your item must be picked up within 10 days from end of auction; otherwise, the item will be treated as unwanted and will be disposed of in any manner we see fit.  Items marked "Free Local Pickup" or "Pickup Only" will not be shipped.  

Shipping charges cover: carrier cost, insurance, delivery/signature confirmation, and box/padding (which is normally $1 - $3; may be higher for oversized boxes).

Please click the "Shipping and payments" tab for carrier availability and/or pricing options; shipping charges are calculated by eBay.  If you think that the shipping charge may be wrong, please contact us or verify by checking with the respective carriers (you may request shipping dimensions, if they are not already stated). 

Items are normally shipped out within 3 business days (excl. Sat, Sun, and holidays) after payment confirmation.  Fragile, bulky, or heavy items may take longer.  We will ship to U.S. addresses ONLY (must match credit card bill or Paypal-registered).  Signature confirmation is automatically required for shipment over $250. 

We typically ship via Fedex Ground or USPS Priority.  Please be aware that only USPS delivers to PO Box.  We reserve the right to change/choose carrier at any time (for instance, items marked UPS may ship Fedex).

Flat-rate shipping: if offered, is only available within the lower 48 states.   The quoted shipping cost is for transit between our location (91106) and New York (10001).  If you live elsewhere, or close to us, please contact us before checkout, because your actual shipping cost may be lower.

Damaged item: please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.  Do not throw away any packaging.  The claims process may take between 10-21 business days.  Once the claim from the shipping carrier is approved and paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund.  The maximum refund amount is the price that you originally paid for the item (less original shipping).  In the event of a partial refund, the refund amount will be proportionally calculated based on the price that you originally paid for the item.  

Combined shipping: will be at our sole discretion.  We will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that your multiple purchases can be combined.  If you would like a combined shipping, we must receive and approve your request before checkout (no exceptions).  

International shipping: Not available, unless otherwise noted.  Import duties, taxes, and other incidental charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  Delivery estimate is not a guarantee; actual transit time for international shipping may vary, as some packages have been known to take 8 weeks or more to arrive.  

We expressly prohibit any transaction that involves freight-forwarders, re-shippers, and all such services.  And we reserve the right, at all times, to refuse shipping (or to cancel transaction) in the event of such sale, as well as extraordinary circumstances such as insurance policy exclusions and/or embargo issues.  Our insurance and return policy coverage will only apply to transit between us and the original ebay/paypal destination.  

Checkout must be completed within 4 days of the close of auction.  If payment isn't received within this time period, the order may be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

Paypal is our preferred form of payment.  For non-Paypal members, you may also be able to use Paypal as a guest.

Sales tax will be charged on all purchases terminating within the State of California.  This includes all pick-ups.  If you would like to pick-up this item, please contact us to have the shipping charge removed from your invoice.

Returns (when applicable):

• Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were sold; not used or altered in any way. Factory-sealed items must remain factory-sealed.  Software (opened or unopened) and authenticated items (e.g. coins graded or "slabbed" by major national grading companies) are non-refundable. 
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Original shipping is non-refundable. 
• The maximum refund amount is the price that you originally paid for the item (less original shipping).  In the event of a partial refund, the refund amount will be proportionally calculated based on the price that you originally paid for the item.  
• Return may be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%.
