These can be used on trailers in place of the standard vertical type jacks . They are compatible with the Lippert
self leveling control; system although they use a different connector at the jack end..
The mounting bracket is horizontal rather than vertical ( as with vertical type jacks)
The scissor type jacks use a similar mounting system.

This is an articulated unit that sits horizontal when parked in it< travel position and occupies 8 " of vertical space when retracted.
This unit uses the Hall effect to determine the load and the moment of initial contact. With the ground ,or paved surface,It is out of harm's way when fully retracted and in the stored for travel position.
The distance from the frame rail to the ground maxes out at 24 1nches but requires 17 inches from the frame rail to ground zero.
