Shipping and handling policy

1.    We will ship the item to your address shown in your eBay account. Please make sure your shipping address and zip code are  correct  and up to date.

2.    The package will be shipped directly from Sri Lanka.

3.    Orders will ship within 5 days after payment has been cleared.

4.    All items will be checked and packed properly before sending the parcel.

5.    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. 

6.    Please check with your country’s customs to determine what this additional cost will be prior to bidding/buying.

7.    We don’t take any responsibility if the parcel is held by the custom in the destination country.
