When to use Yellow Screen Mesh?

You can use for any project and Yellow Screen Mesh is used to prevent light refraction when you expose your screen stopping any bleed on your design. Meaning the light passes straight through your mesh giving a better exposure.

• 32T (80 us):
  - For less complicated designs good for T-shirts and Hoodies, Textiles. This 80 micron mesh will deposit high amounts of ink, good for white on dark fabric.
  Low-detail art or heavy white ink images.

• 43T (110 us):
  - T-shirts and Hoodies, Textile inks puff inks, Opaque inks textile. This mesh will deposit high amounts of ink, white on dark fabric. Low-detail art or heavy white ink images.

• 53T (135 us):
  - T-Shirts, Hoodies, Textile inks, Finer textile design, Water based inks. Low-detail art or heavy white ink images.

• 54T (137 us):

• - T-Shirts, Hoodies, Textile inks, Finer textile design, Water based inks. Low-detail art or heavy white ink images.

• 64T (163 us)

• - Medium screen mesh. Enamel inks, halftones, very fine textile. Great for printing on black garment. Most thick inks will pass through this mesh and also most thin inks will hold detail.

• 72T (180 us)
  - Medium screen mesh, has high tension excellent tear resistance & suitable for course plastisol ink, textile, ceramics, halftones.

• 77T (195 us)
  - Medium screen mesh, for finer textiles, halftones, Paper, Board, Fabric. Great for printing on black garment.

• 90T (230 us)
  - For detailed prints, produce softer hand feel, for lighter ink deposits, halftones, Plastisol inks. Good for Paper & Board Vinyl. Will produce a less vibrant print than the lower mesh.

• 110T (280 us)
  - For fine textiles, halftones, Plastisol inks, Paper, Board, Lighter Fabrics.

• 120T (305 us)
  - The finest mesh we stock for very fine detail textiles, Plastisol inks, halftones, Paper, Board, Light Fabrics.
