If using this phone with AT&T, it will NOT work on a new line of service. You must already have an active AT&T sim card from a 3G device, you will not be able to activate on a new line of service.

This item is in "open box" condition. The box has a panel that is ripped on the inside. The phone is in brand new condition and still has the original protective sticker on the screen. There is a small cosmetic imperfection on the left side of the device. The phone charges and powers on normally.

You will receive the box, phone + phone battery, charger and manual. You will need to provide your own SIM card.
