As it’s a handmade item, please give about 7 working days to be dispatched.

When it’s sent to the carrier, I will have no control over the parcel. Please track your order using the tracking number and the link to track it.

I will not refund once the item is dispatched. I take the utmost care to carefully and securely pack all the items. Hence, if an item is damaged after delivery, it becomes the buyer’s responsibility.

If I am able to fix a damaged item, I will only do so if the buyer pays for all the postage and packing involved in both delivering it back to me and myself sending it back.

As the nature of the items(my items are all custom made), once the order is placed and if I already have started making/packing the item, I won’t be able to refund.

International Royal Mail standard delivery will not come with tracking information as that’s how it’s offered by the carrier(Royal mail.)

Delivery upgrade is available when you purchase. If the total is more than £50, delivery upgrade(tracked) will be offered for the price of standard delivery.
