This residual current circuit breaker (FI switch) is used wherever there is an increased risk of personal injury from 230 volt mains current. These include, for example, electric lawn mowers, pool pumps, all electrical devices that work with water, outdoors, in the bathroom, on construction sites, in industry, etc. Is built directly into the existing cable connection. With the 10 mA tripping fault current, it reacts more quickly than the 30 mA FI home fuse.
